Welcome to Sisuni Global. These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) represent a binding legal contract between you (“User”, “Customer”, “Specialist”, or “you”) and Sisuni Global Services LLC (“Sisuni”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Corporate Registration & Registered Seat:
Sisuni Global Services LLC is an incorporated limited liability enterprise whose business setup, incorporation documents, and corporate filings are officially registered and governed under the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry, Tbilisi, Georgia.
Registered Corporate Address: 75A Erosi Manjgaladze Street, Nadzaladevi district, Tbilisi, 0112, Georgia.
By creating an account, accessing our applications, requesting services, or onboarding as a verified specialist, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all access to and use of our platform.
2. Marketplace Intermediary Scope & Independent Contractor Status
Sisuni Global operates an integrated, multi-vertical digital technology infrastructure connecting individual consumers and commercial organizations with independent, certified specialists and business solutions providers across:
- Home Services & Facilities: Housekeeping, clinical sanitization, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC maintenance, handyman repair, and family assistance.
- IT & Digital Services: Custom software, web applications, mobile platforms, bilingual AI chatbots (Georgian/English), and performance digital marketing.
- Business Solutions: Virtual office services, legal address tenancy, company formation guidance, and enterprise setup in Georgia.
- Real Estate & Mobility Advisory: Property advisory, commercial tenancy coordination, and executive transportation.
Sisuni Global Services LLC operates solely as a technological intermediary and marketplace facilitator. All specialists, technicians, trade professionals, and service contractors (“Specialists”) are independent third-party business contractors, not employees, partners, agents, or joint venturers of Sisuni Global Services LLC. Sisuni does not direct, supervise, control, or dictate the detailed execution of physical trade craft performed on-site.
3. User Accounts, Verification & Dual-Role Switching
To utilize booking features or offer professional craft through Sisuni, you must register for an authenticated account. By registering, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws of Georgia.
3.1 Dual-Role Account Architecture (Customer ⇄ Specialist)
Sisuni provides a unified identity architecture allowing individuals to maintain a single set of credentials while operating across both user roles:
- Customer Mode: Enables browsing service catalogs, scheduling appointments, reviewing upfront rate cards, and managing dispatch requests.
- Specialist Mode: Enables accepting dispatch requests, managing trade availability, tracking service earnings, and uploading certified credentials.
Switching between roles does not generate a separate account but transitions the active dashboard interface. Operating as a Specialist is strictly contingent upon passing background vetting, identity verification, and professional credential review.
3.2 Identity Vetting & Security Standards
Users must provide accurate, current, and verifiable contact details, including a valid phone number verified via One-Time Password (SMS OTP) and an authentic email address. Specialists must provide valid state-issued identification documents, which are verified, logged in masked format (****-****-XXXX), and audited in accordance with data minimization principles.
4. Pricing Transparency, Multi-Currency & Platform Commission
Sisuni operates under a strict, transparent transactional marketplace model. We provide full disclosure of all fees, eliminating upfront hurdles for specialists and hidden costs for clients. For our full catalog rate breakdown, see our dedicated Pricing & Fee Policy.
Sisuni Global does not charge recurring monthly, annual, or upfront subscription fees to service specialists for platform access, profile publication, or receiving customer leads. Registration, onboarding, and dashboard access are completely free.
A standard platform service commission (10% to 15%) is deducted strictly from the gross booking value of completed, authorized engagements before disbursement to the Specialist. If a booking is cancelled or unfulfilled, zero commission is retained. This fee covers:
- Continuous platform infrastructure & edge hosting
- Specialist background vetting & credential validation
- 256-bit encrypted payment gateway & escrow processing
- 24/7 bilingual dispatch support & resolution center
Rates are presented in United States Dollars (USD) and local equivalents (including EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, and INR). Checkout transactions are processed securely via authorized payment gateways with real-time conversion rates itemized before final authorization.
5. Service-Specific Schedules & Operational Disclaimers
Due to the diverse nature of our marketplace verticals, specific operational terms apply to each discipline:
5.1 Home Services & Physical Facilities
Customers must ensure an adult is present during on-site execution and provide unobstructed access to water, power, and work areas. Specialists are responsible for bringing standard operational trade tools.
5.2 IT & Digital Engineering Services
Customers are solely responsible for creating complete, redundant data backups prior to any software or hardware intervention. Sisuni Global and its specialists carry zero liability for accidental data loss or pre-existing system instability.
5.3 Nursing & Non-Emergency Caregiver Assistance
Caregivers and nursing assistants booked through Sisuni provide non-emergency domestic and recovery assistance. Sisuni Global is not a hospital, clinical trauma facility, or medical emergency dispatch provider. For clinical emergencies, call official national emergency services immediately.
5.4 Real Estate Inspection & Consulting
Real estate services comprise informational property condition reports, site visits, and facility advisory. Sisuni Global does not serve as an escrow agent, title underwriter, or regulated real estate brokerage for property ownership transfers.
6. Cancellation Terms & Cascading Assignment Protocol
To maintain fairness for both Customers and active Specialists, cancellations and schedule adjustments are governed by strict operational timeframes:
Customer Notice Windows
Bookings cancelled more than 3 hours prior to the scheduled dispatch window receive a 100% full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours or after specialist dispatch incur a 20% travel disbursement fee to compensate the assigned Specialist.
Specialist Fulfillment Obligation
Specialists who accept a dispatch request must fulfill the engagement with professional punctuality. Repeated unexcused cancellations or no-shows lead to immediate account suspension and rating penalties.
If an assigned Specialist experiences an unforeseen emergency, equipment breakdown, or transit delay, the Sisuni platform executes an automated Cascading Assignment Protocol. The system instantly routes the dispatch request to the next highest-rated, verified Specialist within the immediate geographical radius. The Customer is immediately notified via SMS and portal alerts, and all deposited funds remain securely intact with zero double-charging.
7. Independent Specialist Obligations & Quality Guarantees
Independent Specialists registered on Sisuni Global represent and warrant that:
- They possess the required certifications, tools, skills, and legal authority under applicable laws to perform the contracted services.
- They carry individual liability insurance where applicable by industry standards.
- They will execute all tasks in compliance with safety, building, sanitary, and technical codes.
- They will not solicit offline, direct cash arrangements to circumvent the platform (“Platform Disintermediation”). Engaging in fee evasion results in permanent termination of account privileges and forfeiture of accrued escrow balances.
8. Prohibited Conduct & Community Safety
Users agree to maintain professional courtesy, safe environments, and respectful communications. You agree that you will not:
- Harass, intimidate, discriminate against, or threaten any Specialist, Customer, or Sisuni personnel.
- Provide unsafe, hazardous, or illegal premises for on-site service fulfillment.
- Use automated scripts, scrapers, crawlers, or data extraction utilities on Sisuni web properties.
- Circumvent identity verification, misrepresent qualifications, or operate accounts under false personas.
9. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets
The Sisuni name, logo, corporate seal, “Kinetic Executive” design architecture, domain names, UI components, codebase, copy, graphics, and proprietary software are the exclusive intellectual property of Sisuni Global Services LLC. No license, right, or title is granted without prior written corporate authorization.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
The platform, documentation, and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Sisuni Global Services LLC disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Sisuni Global Services LLC's aggregate liability for any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement or platform use is strictly limited to the platform facilitation commission collected by Sisuni for the specific booking in dispute.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sisuni Global Services LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, your provision of substandard trade services as a Specialist, or your infringement of third-party rights.
12. Policy Updates & Continuous Consent
Sisuni Global reserves the right to revise, modernize, or amend these Terms at any time to reflect legislative changes, new service vertical deployments, or operational requirements.
In the event of material revisions, we will provide conspicuous notice through our digital portal, via electronic mail, or through direct SMS notification. The “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms indicates the date of the latest update.
Your continued access to or use of the Sisuni platform following the posting or notification of updated Terms constitutes your irrevocable and legally binding consent to the modified Agreement.
13. Governing Law & Tbilisi Jurisdiction
These Terms, their interpretation, validity, and any non-contractual obligations or claims arising out of or in connection with them, shall be exclusively governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of Georgia.
Any dispute, controversy, claim, or difference between the parties arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including its formation, breach, termination, or invalidity, which cannot be amicably settled through good-faith negotiation within 30 days, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Common Courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
