Sisuni Global is dedicated to eliminating financial friction for independent tradespeople, technicians, and specialized contractors. Unlike directory services that sell leads or demand monthly memberships, we operate strictly on a verified performance model.
Service specialists pay zero fees to onboard, register their qualifications, publish profiles, or receive client enquiries. Sisuni Global does not charge subscription plans, monthly access fees, pay-per-lead charges, or recurring membership retainers.
How Platform Commission Works
Sisuni Global retains a standard 10% to 15% platform facilitation commission solely on completed, paid, and accepted customer jobs.

To protect both Customers and Specialists, Sisuni operates an automated authorization hold (escrow) architecture powered by tier-1 PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways.
Customer Payment Protection
When you schedule a service, funds are placed on authorization hold. The amount is only settled after you confirm successful task completion on your portal dashboard.
Guaranteed Specialist Payouts
Specialists are guaranteed payment for confirmed, completed appointments. Once approved, earnings minus the transparent platform fee are disbursed directly to bank accounts.

No. Sisuni Global does not charge any monthly, annual, or recurring subscription fees. Service providers join and maintain active listings at zero cost.
Bookings cancelled more than 3 hours before the start window receive a 100% full refund with zero fees deducted. If cancelled within 3 hours or after specialist dispatch, a 20% travel disbursement fee is credited to the specialist to compensate for reserved schedule time.
No. 100% of voluntary client tips and gratuities go directly to the specialist and are completely exempt from platform commission calculations.
